Le Loisy is a high standard self-catering apartment locating on the ground floor of a beautiful town house.

It’s encompassing:
– a double bedroom with elegant decor (2 single beds 80×200 or 1 double bed 160×200)
– a luxury bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath for relaxing moments, a large walk-in shower and double sinks
– a spacious and bright living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area?

Le Loisy is fully equipped with a high standard equipment:
– oven, dish washer, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee machine, toaster, Jacuzzi tub, washing machine and tumble dryer
– free and unlimited WiFi access
– flat screen HD TV with access to more than 100 channels, DVD player, Hi-Fi, free phone calls to landlines in more than 100 countries (see www.free.fr)
– iron, ironing board and hairdryer
– many children toys and board games
– cot and high chair

Le Loisy will comfortably accommodate 2 more guests with the sofa bed in the living room.

Prices:

Minimum stay: 2 nights
2 nights: 275 euros
From 3 to 6 nights: 125 euros/night
From 7 to 10 nights: one night is offered

+ Compulsory Cleaning Fees of 40 euros

Our prices include all taxes (VAT, local tax) and utility costs (electricity, heat, water, internet access, phone calls on landlines). All household linen is provided. Unlimited internet connexion, phone calls to landline numbers and access to many TV channels are also included in our prices.

For your own comfort, this apartment is non-smoking and we do not accept pets.

Parking:

Parking Trémouille (Rue de la Préfecture, 24/24) and Parking Grangier are safe and secure underground car parks, both located 300 about meters from Le Loisy (3 minutes walking).
The price is about 20 euros for one week. You can also easily park on Rue de la Préfecture, but you will have to pay and display from 9am to 7pm (free Sundays and Bank Holidays)
