Pre-reservation:
A 30% deposit of the total rental cost will be requested upon reservation.
Prices:
All prices include the rent of the apartment, bed linen, towels, water, electricity, TV and the access to many channels, phone calls to landline numbers towards about 100 countries, all taxes including the tourist tax repaid to the city hall and the unlimited internet connexion.
Prices do not include the cleaning fees which are on top of the rent and listed on each apartment’s page.
Reservation:
The reservation is confirmed when the 30% deposit is paid.
The remaining balance of the total rental cost has to be paid at the latest upon arrival.
Any extra night spent beyond the dates of your stay will be charged according to the pro-rata of the current week (if availibilities).
Once the location has started, in case of shortened stay and for any reason, the residence is not due to reimburse the amount of the rent.
Arrivals and departures:
The guest is held to arrive on the reserved date and has to pay the remaining rental balance before or when entering the apartment. If the above requirements are not fulfilled the owner will be allowed to rent again the apartment within 24 hours.
The check-in times are from Monday to Sunday, from 4pm to 10pm.
The check-out times are from Monday to Sunday, before 11am.
Inventory:
The guest will get on arrival a detailed inventory of the equipment inside the apartment.
Any complaint concerning the inventory or the cleaning must be registered to the owner of the apartment within 24 hours.
After this period, the inventory will be considered as accepted by the guest.
The owner can not be held responsible for any theft inside the apartment. Tenants are invited to subscribe a personal insurance for any damages during the rental. Tenants are required to ask their insurance company as to cover any stolen item for instance.
The guest must report any damage occurred inside the apartment during his stay.
Accommodation:
The apartments are only made for holidays and business accommodation. Each apartment is rented for a maximum number of persons. To accommodate more than this precise number is strictly forbidden. Any extra person will be fined 230 € per week.
Pets/cigarets:
Pets are not allowed in the apartments and it’s totally forbidden to smoke.
Complaints:
Unregistered complaint during the stay will not be taken into account.
Equipment:
Each apartment is equipped with :
Furniture and electronic appliances, linen – sheets, blankets, bath towels – and dishes.
Interior rules:
For the well being and tranquility of other people living in the same building we ask our guests not to make noise between 10pm and 8am in the accommodation he is staying in, and to respect the furniture and appliances.
Cancellation of accommodation:
Any booking can be canceled with no charge more than 30 days before the arrival date is due. The owner will then reimburse the 30% deposit.
Within 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit of 30% will be held by the owner.
